What to do if your payment method isn't working

Sorry to hear your payments are being declined. Sometimes this happens because you’re using a prepaid card which we unfortunately don’t support, or it could be that our payment system for whatever reason doesn’t believe the transaction would be secure enough.

Please could you try again with a different card, or perhaps using PayPal? Most people who try this get it working second time around. 😊
