What is Your Refund Policy?

First of all, we're sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your time with Code Kingdoms! We're always looking to make our product better, so if you had any feedback we'd really appreciate it. 

We have two types of refund policy depending on the type of account purchased: recurring and non-recurring.

Monthly 

As with any product that offers a monthly subscription, we cannot offer refunds on our recurring monthly accounts. Just like Netflix or Spotify, our monthly plan is a rolling subscription. Although it is non-refundable, you are given the flexibility of being able to cancel any time, no strings attached.

If you usually get billed on the 15th of the month, cancelling any time after that would leave your account active until the 14th of the next month, when your account would be closed and you would not be charged again. You can access your subscription details and cancel from your account page.

Annual and Lifetime accounts

We have a 30 day refund policy for all our annual and lifetime plans. This gives you a chance to try out our product with a safety net given that these accounts cost a fair bit more upfront than our monthly plan!

If you would like a refund and you are within your 30 day refund window, please get in touch with us directly and we can process this for you. If you are outside your 30 day refund window but would like to discuss your account options, please get in touch with us to find out what we can offer you.
