When you purchased you should have received an email with a special billing link. This unique link allows you to manage your payments, including adding another username onto your account.

If you open up the link, you can add another user onto your account. They will be sent an invitation and will be able to accept it once they login 😊

When you registered, you were assigned a billing account, which allows you to manage your current plan and users linked to it. You need to add a user (usually the child) to the account before they can log in to use the Code Editor. 

Inviting an existing user is used if you already had an account with us and wanted to apply a new plan to an old user. 

If you are brand new to Code Kingdoms, you should click “Add new user” instead and register your child as a new user. 👍
